PlumbFlow

A business management platform built specifically for a plumbing contractor. The goal was simple: replace the chaos of WhatsApp job coordination, missed calls, and handwritten invoices with a single tool that handles the whole operation.

When a customer submits a request, the platform handles the follow-up automatically — notifying the contractor, replying to the lead, and holding the booking until it's confirmed. No manual chasing required.

Built on Next.js with a Supabase backend and Stripe for payments. Fully production-deployed and actively used in the field.
