• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients for data collection and processing.
• Client data stored through our services is accessible only to your business.
• We will not share, sell, or provide your client data to third parties without your explicit consent.
• You retain ownership of all client data processed through our systems.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement. Fees are due according to the billing cycle agreed upon. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI models, software, designs, and content created by U-flow remain our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use our services for your business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

U-flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will delete your data and client data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it. You will be responsible for any outstanding payments.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
